The upkeep of furnishings and facilities seemed lackluster!!! Maintenance is crucial, especially with worn-out lounge chairs and insufficient shade around the pool. One key for two guests is quite inconvenient!!! Better cleanliness in common areas would elevate the experience significantly.

Tranquil paradise

We spent 7 nights in a Tropical Villa and it was just perfect! The room was stunning with that charming Thai vibe. Super clean and comfy! The staff were unbelievably friendly, always making sure we felt at home. The spa was amazing—you gotta try it. The food was good too, loved the variety. Just wish the bar closed a bit later!

the village resort & spa, sha plus is a peaceful oasis. we loved our pool access room, surrounded by lush vegetation that attracted beautiful birds. the staff were great, and the hot stone massage at the royal spa was a highlight. the freeform pool is stunning and offers a relaxing environment.

I enjoyed my stay here. The pool was relaxing and perfect for cooling off. The lush gardens added to the serene atmosphere. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff. The dining options were delicious and well-prepared. 🌴

The tropical villa was spacious with air conditioning, huge bed, and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom had a shower and complimentary toiletries. The lagoon-style pool had spa jets and loungers. Breakfast was a daily treat with lots of options. Staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better.

The pool was stunning and the staff incredibly friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the music from the pool bar could disrupt naps, and the bed was quite hard. Overall, a nice escape with good access to Karon.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bar/lounge area. The friendly staff helped me find great shopping spots during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for another city trip!
